Founding Program Terms

These terms govern applications to the Metro Command Center founding-seller program.

Application and selection

Submitting an application creates an application record only. It does not guarantee selection, product access, a particular feature, or commercial availability. We may accept, waitlist, or decline an application based on cohort needs.

No charge to apply

No payment is collected when you apply. A paid subscription begins only if you later receive an offer, review the applicable subscription terms, and affirmatively subscribe. The advertised founding price applies only to eligible accepted sellers under the offer presented at launch.

Pre-release software

Early software may contain errors, change substantially, experience interruptions, or include incomplete integrations. Founding users should maintain independent backups and verify important marketplace or financial actions.

Feedback

You may provide product feedback voluntarily. We may use that feedback to develop and improve the product without an obligation to implement every suggestion or provide compensation.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the application, probe its security, submit false or unlawful content, impersonate others, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
