Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Metro Command Center founding-seller program collects and uses information submitted through this website.

Information we collect

We collect the name, email address, store or business name, primary marketplace, approximate listing volume, business challenges, consent choices, application status, and correspondence supplied by applicants. We also collect first-party page, referral, and campaign events using anonymous hashed session identifiers, and keep limited security records using hashed network identifiers to prevent abuse. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the application database.

How information is used

Information is used to review founding-seller applications, communicate about onboarding and product feedback, administer the cohort, improve the software, prevent fraud and spam, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell applicant information.

Service providers

The site uses hosting and security infrastructure provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, and transactional email delivery through Resend. These providers process limited information as necessary to deliver their services.

Retention and choices

Application records are retained while the founding program is active and as reasonably needed for business, security, or legal purposes. You may request access, correction, deletion, or removal from program emails by contacting us. Operational replies related to an active request may still be necessary.

Security

We use access controls, protected credentials, anti-bot verification, rate limits, and security logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
